I'm probably gonna play Black Mesa after finishing every game of the series. I thought I would not take the game seriously because of the old graphics (maybe that's a stupid thought, I don't know), but I was wrong about that and I'm loving the game as it is. What do you think I should do? Wait for Project Lambda to be finished (which might takes ages.), Black Mesa to be complete or just play Half Life?ĮDIT: After reading all the comments, I decided to go and play the original Half Life. So which one of the 3? I think playing this one on the Unreal Engine 4 might be weird because after it, I want to play Half Life 2 and the quality would be worse than the first one. ![]() And it has much better graphics, so I put it in the list, but now I can't decide which one to get (or both).įound out now another modification of it called Project Lambda (not complete yet). I read the Xen part of Half Life is the worst part of it and Black Mesa has it much better, according with what I read, but I didn't watched any trailer about anything because I don't want spoilers about a part of game I've never played. But now it came again to my mind and I decided I wanted to play it even if it has to be the original Half Life.īut I found out Black Mesa exists too and might almost be ready. So the Half Life series have been in my mind for some years but I never wanted to play them because of the first one dating more than 20 years, so I didn't want to play a game with such old graphics (takes a bit of my emotion of playing because I might not take it seriously, I don't know).
